All regular orders (less than 50 lures),  for locations in Canada and the USA are shipped via Canada Post Express!  For large orders (more than 50 lures) Pelican Lures reserves the right to choose whether to send the product by Canada Post Express or by a courier of their choice.   For all orders outside of Canada or the USA please contact us for shipping rates. 

In most cases the lures will be shipped within 2 to 3 weeks of getting a confirmed order, (i.e. an order that is paid via Paypal, Visa or Mastercard).  

We ship according to Canada Post's Holiday shipping schedule (located here).  Within Canada it generally takes 4-5 business days from the time of shipment for you to receive your package.  For our U.S. shipments it will generally take 5 to 7 days from the time of shipment for you to receive your package.  Shipments to countries other than Canada and the USA will generally take from 7 to 14 days for you to receive your package.

Customer Satisfaction is our number one goal at Pelican Lures.  We want you to be happy with your lures! That is why we have implemented a 30-day money back guarantee, minus a 5% restocking fee.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your lures, contact us immediately (no later than 30 days past your shipment date).  Contact us via email at pelicanlures@mts.net, documenting the nature of the return.

To return an item, please follow the proceeding steps:

  1. Lures must be return shipped within 30 days of shipping date.
  2. Use the original packaging and enclose the original documentation. (Use your own discretion when reusing packaging)
  3. Write the return authorization number (RAN) on the return address label on the box.
  4. Please include the documentation advising us on the nature of the return. 

NOTE:  You must obtain your RAN from us before returning your lures. All lures returned to us without a RAN number will be returned to sender.
